BUNDLES PURCHASES/PREMADE WIGS
The processing time for Bundle/Closure purchases is 5-7 business days. After the order has been processed, shipping time is between 2-3 days using the United States Postal Service.
CUSTOM UNITS - KISSI STYLIN
The processing time for custom units is 7-12 business days business days.
WIG CONSTRUCTION
The processing time for service with your own hair provided is 7-12 business days from the day your hair is received.
For all orders, once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipment details and tracking information. Shipping time for orders within the United States is between 2-3 days using the United States Postal Service. Order placed on Fridays but will be processed until the following Monday.
Please note: If you select the pick up option(using our PICKUP2021 code), we are no longer held responsible for providing a form of tracking for your order. This means you are solely responsible for communicating with KISSISTYLIN how you will pick up your order. If you select the pick up option, please be sure to pick up the order at the time that has been agreed on. If not, you will have to pay for your item to be shipped to you. One you are notified that your order is ready for pick up, client is responsible for the package in its entirety. As a confirmation that you have picked up your order, your package will be marked as Tracking Number: PickUp.
During sales, and holidays processing times may vary due to high volume of orders.
KissiStylin is not responsible for later orders during holidays, and delays from our carrier.
KissiStylin is not responsible for shipments that are lost by courier. Please contact the shipping courier and file a claim if your product was lost during shipment.
RETURNS
All Kissi Stylin orders are final which means, no refunds and no exchanges. We cannot accept hair that is not in it’s original packaging or worn/altered in anyway as a result of the nature of the products (hair) we sell.
If for any reason an incorrect order was sent to you, email us within 24 hours of receipt of the hair. If a confirmation is made on the error that occurred, we will connect with you and how to proceed with the return. The item being returned must be in its original packaging or the return will not be accepted.
If you enter an incorrect address and an order is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling expenses to reship the order. Payment of shipping and handling costs must be provided prior to shipment.
