My order has been placed. When can I expect to receive it ?

Once an order has been placed, it will go through three phases:

  1.  Customer places order

  2. Preparation of order (time varies depending on customer product of choice(s)

  3. Order will be shipped to customer

BUNDLES PURCHASES/PREMADE WIGS

The processing time for Bundle/Closure purchases is 5-7 business days. 

CUSTOM UNITS - KISSISTYLIN

The processing time for custom units is 7-12 business days business days. 

WIG CONSTRUCTION

The processing time for service with your own hair provided is 7-12 business days from the day your hair is received. Once your order(s) are processed, and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email regarding shipment and tracking information.

Shipping time for orders within the United States is between 1-3 days using the United States Postal Service.  

How do I maintain my custom unit?

Upon receiving your order, the longevity of your hair will depend highly on how you maintain your unit.

KissiStylin units can last over 3 years with proper care. Check out our hair care tips section on how to maintain your unit.

Can the hair be bleached or dyed? 

Yes, the hair can be bleached. Prior to coloring the hair, please consult a professional hair stylist. Please be aware that once hair has been bleached, it will require additional maintenance. 

What is your return policy?

All KissiStylin orders are final which means, no refunds and no exchanges. We cannot accept hair that is not in it’s original packaging or worn/altered in anyway as a result of the nature of the products (hair) we sell.  

 If for any reason an incorrect order was sent to you, email us within 24 hours of receipt of the hair. If a confirmation is made on the error that occurred, we will connect with you and how to proceed with the return.

If you enter an incorrect address and an order is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling expenses to reship the order. Payment of shipping and handling costs must be provided prior to shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled. All orders are final.

Can I provide my own bundles?

Yes, you have the option to provide your own hair bundles. Please be mindful that the outcome of your unit will mainly depend on the quality for hair you provide. Check out our tips on purchasing your own hair before placing an order.

Does KissiStylin ship internationally?

At this time KissiStylin only ships with the United States. Any further updates pertaining to shipping locations will be updated on our website.
